How you eat is more complex than just your habits and self-control. Your relationship with food is build upon the underlying emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual, financial, and social relationships you have with your food, body image, health, and success.

Using Food Relationship Coaching, we will uncover the contributing components and patterns in your life, and learn to work with these to overcome obstacles to health and success.

This can be deeply emotional work, so we will start by creating a safe space and boundaries. This is not therapy, so ensuring that you have an emotional support team is important when doing this work.

    Our sessions will be dedicated to exploring your unique food story and identifying a clear path to success in reaching your goals.

    Everyone has patterns and beliefs that influence their behaviors. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers and discover tools for overcoming and preventing any challenges that arise.

  • Integrative

    Since I focus on holistic wellness, I’ll guide you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness, breathing, movement, self-care and stress reduction, etc.
